The Merry Lake Property Association is upheld by the original Articles of Incorporation, which is governed by a board of seven members that hold their designated position for a term of one year.   Elections are held in September at the annual community meeting.  Those interested in a position on the board, must be present and nominated.  Voting is conducted once all nominations are submitted and homeowners are allowed one vote per plat owned.  

Meetings are held monthly at Lakeview Church (located at the front of the lake) to discuss and resolve matters pertaining to our community.  Meetings are open to all residents of Merry Lake and you are encouraged to attend.  Minutes of the meeting are recorded and posted on this website.  Please keep in mind that there is typically a one month delay in posting minutes, due to the required review and approval process.
