Held each year in the spring, residents are able to clean out their homes of any unwanted items and make some money off of them!  With no charge to participating residents, buyers from near and far come out each year, looking forward to finding and taking home new treasures!    Traffic in and out of the neighborhood can prove challenging, so if you're not participating in the sales aspect, feel free to join the rest of the shoppers in your hunt for that "must have" item or plan on being away until event completion.  In addition, the general public may sometimes park on/near your property, so it's common to see veteran sellers cordon off the perimeter of their properties in the days leading up to the event.
